A short 18-mile drive from the Pacific Ocean, the greater Fallbrook area is well known for its gently rolling hills, lush groves, ancient oak trees, equestrian and walking trails, riparian areas, nature preserves, and Mediterranean climate.
Farmer's Markets
Fallbrook Farmers Market is open Fridays from
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
at the Village Square on the corner of Main and Alvarado. Buy locally grown
fruit and vegetables, fresh flowers, and handmade arts and crafts. You can also
find specialty products made from our local bounty!
Farmers in the area grow over 200 different crops, mostly on small family farms.
Local favorites include our world-famous avocados, ornamental flowers and
plants, citrus fruits, Fuyu persimmons, kiwis, pomegranates, wine grapes, and
macadamia nuts.
In addition, the market boasts handcrafted items, breads and granola mixes,
pasta and dressings, and much more. Call Jeannie Hathaway, (760)723-8384 for
