Southern California residents are now able to take measures to continuously keep themselves apprised of their health status with the help of Fallbrook’s new My Imaging Center.
According to Sammy Ciling, the CEO of My Imaging Center, the new Fallbrook business, which opened in November 2010, allows for residents to get their CT scans, digital x-rays, ultrasounds, breast imagery and MRIs at a greatly discounted rate and within the local community.
“Many individuals have to wait in line at hospitals and travel out of town to get these important services performed,” said Ciling. “Patients can usually walk into our office without appointments, and receive their results the next day, as opposed to having to wait a week for the results elsewhere.”
The equipment used by the qualified and certified staff at My Imaging Center is of the highest caliber, and is comparable or better to what can be found at other medical centers. In addition, individuals both with and without insurance will find that the cost of each procedure is dramatically reduced in comparison to other medical sites offering the same services.
“This is perfect for locals,” said Ciling, who has been serving in the medical industry since 1994. “We are the only company that is able to provide walk-in service in town. However, because we are so new, most residents – and some doctors – are not aware that we are here. We hope to soon be serving the community of Fallbrook at full capacity.”
Because of the discounted price to have scans done at My Imaging Center, Fallbrook residents can have annual preventative scans, allowing them to catch potential health problems.
Cancer and chronic pain are two medical conditions that can be caught and treated because of annual scans, said Ciling. After discovering any ailments, patients’ primary doctors can immediately begin treatment on the problem, or the Center’s pain management specialists, Dr. Vance Johnson and Dr. Ben Thomas, can help alleviate suffering.
“At My Imaging Center, our goal is to use the latest technology to provide an affordable and convenient alternative to other scanning services,” exclaimed Ciling.
