After three years of serving the Fallbrook community, Eric’s Precision Autoworks has expanded its shop to further continue its top quality services to its clients.
Now, the shop boasts new equipment with up-to-date diagnostics, as well as the same factory equipment as some of the top dealerships in the country.
“We are also the only AAA approved one-stop shop in Fallbrook,” said Eric Particelli, the owner of Eric’s Precision Autoworks. “We have also become a certified auto repair center, which means that our customers have nationwide warranties on their repairs. If something happens to their vehicle out of state, they can go to any certified center within the network in the country. Our databases are updated monthly, so we have the latest technical service bulletins, so we know problems that the dealerships are aware of.”
The shop has also taken steps in hybrid technology, and works to be a green shop.
Each employee of Eric’s Precision Autoworks is ASE certified, and has a specialty that, combined with that of the other employees at the shop, allows for high quality service.
“We also have an ASE Master Technician, who is certified in all areas of repair, but we don’t expect just one guy to know everything about auto repair,” said Eric. “We work as a team and combine our strengths for the best service we can.”

“We have price structures that allow us to offer something for everyone,” said Eric. “We have oil changes for $9.95 to help with every budget, and have also recently introduced Eric’s Precision Autoworks credit card, which gives our customers financing options for their repair.”
If customers have to drop off their cars and head to work or another engagement, the shop has a shuttle that gives customers rides within a ten-mile radius, and can pick them up after their car has been serviced.
