Eric’s Precision Autoworks is a general service auto repair shop that offers its clients the best quality service at prices that fit everyone’s budget. Owner and operator Eric Particelli is a third-generation auto repair technician with more than 20 years experience.

A longtime Fallbrook resident, Particelli has built his family and business in town and is proud to say that he and his wife are raising his children as third-generation Fallbrook residents.

Particelli’s strong family ties are evident in the way he builds relationships with his customers. When a customer first walks into his shop, Particelli personally greets each customer and helps check in their vehicle.

“I believe it is important to personally greet each of my customers,” said Particelli. “It gives them comfort to know they are dealing with the owner, not just a manager.”

Particelli stands behind every repair by his auto technicians. Each one of the technicians has been hand-picked to provide Fallbrook residents with the best automotive repairs possible. And since the technicians are not paid commission on their work, there is no reason for them to charge customers for unnecessary repairs. Even the least car-knowledgeable person feels comfortable leaving their car with Particelli.

“We have currently lowered our prices so people don’t forget about maintaining their cars,” said Particelli. “We try to have a product for everybody.”

Whether customers are going into Eric’s Precision Autoworks for an oil change, tire rotation or a full engine rebuild, Particelli will personally check the work done by his technicians to assure customer satisfaction.

Eric’s Precision Autoworks is ASE-certified in multiple areas and has state-advanced smog specialists. Particelli spares no expense when it comes to educating his technicians, who can then solve automotive problems. He also believes in the importance of having the right equipment and tools for properly maintaining his customers’ vehicles and has databases available for all vehicles, from those made in the 1950s to the present.

Looking into the future, Eric’s is also in the process of becoming one of the first repair shops in the area to offer full-service repairs to hybrid vehicles.
