When meeting with potential clients, Bruce offers a free estimate, discusses design and ideas about the proposed job and gives his client an estimated time of completion. A bid is submitted with a detailed breakdown of the job and estimated costs. If the client agrees, a contract is drawn up and an architect or draftsman starts on the blueprints. “I work closely with the same trusted and reliable group of subcontractors that I have worked with for years because I know their consistent quality of work and ability to meet deadlines,” says Bruce.
“Customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is our number one goal and our best source of advertisement. Most of our work comes from referrals. No job is too small; small jobs easily lead to larger jobs and referrals.”

I am a hands-on person and am very proud of my crew’s attention to detail,” says Bruce. “In the case of a room addition or remodel, if done correctly it will blend in perfectly with the existing structure.”
